Returns/Refunds:
3 day return policy starting from when you receive the item/s. You have 3 days to claim a refund/return after receiving the item. Once the return/refund has been approved, you have 14 days to post the item.
Prints will only be refunded if damaged during postage. Once the protective plastic sleeve has been opened, prints will not be refunded.
Items (excluding prints) must be returned in the same condition they are received. Return postage costs will need to be paid by the customer (unless item was damaged during postage).
To start the return/refund, please contact sforsterdesign@gmail.com. You will need to attach your proof of purchase and evidence of the damage or reason for your return. If your refund has been approved, I will provide information on how to return the item/s. Once I have received the item/s, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Postage/Delivery:
Mounted Prints posted Royal Mail Tracked 24: £5.49
Cards and Collection Books posted Royal Mail First Class: £1.25
Tea Towels posted Royal Mail Tracked 24: £3.30
I will post items so they require minimal packaging/postage. For example, if you order a print and cards, I can package the cards with the print. You will then be refunded the cost of the card postage.
Free delivery is available within 5 miles of Minehead, West Somerset. Deliveries will be made within 7 days of ordering. Once the order has been made, I will email you to arrange delivery. If the delivery address is outside the 5 mile radius, the order will either be cancelled and refunded or postage will need to be paid.
Orders are shipped within 5 days of placing the order.
Prints are packaged securely in a thick, reinforced cardboard wrap. They are also individually protected by a sealed plastic sleeve.
